Tavon Partners is an independent introducer and broker. We don't manufacture card terminals, hold banking licences, write POS software, or lend money ourselves. We introduce businesses to third parties who provide these services, and may receive commission for doing so.
You're welcome to browse tavonpartners.com, use the Statement Checker, and submit enquiries or referrals. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, attempt to access parts of the site or Portal you're not authorised to use, or interfere with how the site operates.
Any savings figures, rates, or quotes we provide — including anything generated by our Statement Checker or given to you directly — are indicative, based on the information available to us at the time. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing, approval and terms are set by the relevant third-party provider following their own underwriting and eligibility checks.
Where we offer a referral fee for introducing a new business to us, that fee becomes payable once the referred business has gone live with the relevant provider and met the threshold communicated to you at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to decline a referral fee where a referral is fraudulent, or where the referred business doesn't proceed.
